Patrick Bailey
Patrick works with Oil & Gas and NORM Customers Nationwide.
Mr. Bailey recently joined WCS to further WCS efforts to support the Oil & Gas and NORM customers. Patrick has rich experience in the managing waste in these areas and has assisted customers in providing innovative and cost effective waste treatment and disposal. Patrick has an excellent understanding of regulatory framework throughout the nation and is a certified Radiation Safety Officer and NORM surveyor.

Jeff Havlicak
Jeff supports Nuclear Power Plant Customers.
Mr. Havlicak joined the Business Development team at WCS in 2007and has been working in the radioactive waste industry since 1999. Prior to 1999, Jeff worked with the characterization and remediation of hazardous wastes at RCRA and CERLCA site since 1987. Jeff has a BS degree in Geology from Idaho State University and a MS degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Nevada-Reno.

Matthew Hoooper

Mr. Hooper recently joined WCS. Matt is an accomplished project manager and nuclear engineer with diverse experience in waste management, waste characterization, and transportation. He is an energetic, detailed-oriented, thorough professional that provides excellent customer service. Matt was formerly responsible for WMG’s RADMAN Software, has performed many reactor activation analysis, along with large component plans.

Jay Britten
Mr. Britten has been with WCS since 2008 and has over 20 years of experience in the radioactive waste management industry. He has been the General Manager of the WCS site since June, 2018. Mr. Britten received his BS in Environmental Science from West Texas A&M University and has worked at numerous Department of Energy sites including the Pantex Plant, Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site, Idaho Cleanup Project, and the Nevada Security Site.
