There are ten paid holidays observed by WCS for all employees including the following:
1. New Years Day
2. Good Friday
3. Memorial Day
4. Independence Day
5. Independence Holiday
6. Labor Day
7. Thanksgiving Day
8. Thanksgiving Holiday
9. Christmas Day
10. Floating Holiday
Full time employees will be paid for the holidays providing that the employee works a full shift before and after the holiday (exceptions apply). If an hourly full-time employee works on a holiday, the employee is eligible for 2.5 times regular pay for the hours worked that day. Restrictions apply regarding when floating holidays can be taken.
Based on length of service, full-time employees will be eligible for PTO ranging from 0-22 days per calendar year. Employees with one to five years of continuous employment will accrue 17 days of PTO per year. After 5 years of continuous service, employees will accrue 22 days PTO per year. The annualized PTO year commences on January 1 of each year.
An employee with a death in the immediate family of the employee or employee’s spouse will receive three days paid leave.
An employee that is subpoenaed to jury duty will receive their regular compensation for those hours and days on which they were scheduled to work. Military commitments may receive up to ten days paid leave per year with the proper documentation.
WCS has a 401(k) plan available to employees who wish to save money through pre-tax payroll deductions that are invested in a group of professionally managed mutual funds. The employee is in control of how much money they contribute. WCS may match funds at its discretion.
WCS enlists AFLAC Insurance Company to provide supplemental insurance to employees. All monthly premiums are paid by the employee.

The Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plan allows eligible employees to pay for certain benefits on a Tax Free Basis.

One time annual salary group term life + one time annual salary accidental death & dismemberment on each employee, capped at $180,000. Additional coverage available at the employees cost.
This benefit provides eligible employees with a weekly income benefit of 60% of average base weekly earnings (capped -$600.00 per week), subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan. Full details are available in Human Resources.
